Frequently asked questions

Here's what our clients usually want to know

Every project is different. Simple website content edits or basic documents might take a few days, while full website design and content or complete process documentation can take a few weeks. Once we’ve discussed your needs, we’ll agree on realistic timeframes and stick to them.

Primarily, we work with solar and battery installers wanting to expand into sales. We also help sales companies with their marketing, processes and operations. Staff numbers are typically 5 to 50.  If you’re in the renewable energy industry and need support with systems, sales, or content, we’re likely a great fit.

Both. Some clients bring us in for a single brochure or email template refresh. Others use us on a part-time basis for several months. We're flexible and happy to work in the way that suits you best.

We can adapt to whatever systems you have in place, ranging from excel spreadsheets through to custom software implementations. However, where new solutions are required, there are products we favour - Hubspot for CRM, Simpro for job planning and inventory, OpenSolar for system design and customer quotes, SafetyCulture (iAuditor) for WHS and compliance, Xero for accounts, and Canva for marketing design. Websites can be built in Wordpress, SquareSpace or Wix.

Not at all. If you’ve got one, great! If not, we’ll guide you through some straightforward questions and create a strategy based on your goals. We’re really used to working with busy company owners who just need it sorted.

We offer both hourly and fixed project pricing. Small jobs start at $200, while larger projects are quoted based on time and complexity. You can see our Rate Card or request a proposal and quotation after a no-obligation phone discussion.

Yes, no problems. We treat all client information as confidential by default, and are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if required. Your internal processes, customer data, and business materials are always handled with care and discretion.

Once the project is paid for in full, all final deliverables belong to you. You're free to edit, publish, or use them however you like. We may ask for permission to showcase a sample in our portfolio, but only with your consent.

We offer flexible subcontracted sales support for solar and battery businesses. This can include lead follow-up, quoting, proposal delivery, or even sales under your brand. We can also connect our clients to other trusted installers, helping you scale without hiring more staff.

Yes, we can act as an extension of your team when requested. Our consultants are experienced, compliance-aware, and customer-focused. Whether we're selling under your brand or just supporting overflow sales, we always uphold your reputation and values. Just make sure we all get a polo with your logo :-)

Possibly. While we do specialise in solar and batteries, we’re also easily capable working with adjacent industries like electrical, construction, and sustainability. If your business needs clear communication, structured processes, or strategic input, we’ll let you know if we’re a good fit.

Yes, absolutely! We have the tools, products and pricing to create very attractive quotes for direct customers. We'll do a site visit to assess your installation options.
